Vivid Zero teamed up with the filmmakers of Trustworthy to enhance the visual storytelling of their film. Our team created a visual roadmap, which included the main title open, information graphics, archival film clips, locators, and more. We delivered over 180 distinct deliverables that elevated the production value of the film and brought a cohesive graphic structure to the piece.
THE MAIN TITLE shows a great representation of the hundreds of people across the country the film makers interviewed, and how they all came together to tell this wonderful story.
LOCATORS helped inform viewers where we were in the film and gave context to each of the experts. Subtle textured hints of the painted flag were carried over from the main title and placed inside the huge environmental typography. Additionally, the use of subtle lines moving from the right and left to converge in the middle served as a metaphor for how we are all connected and want to meet somewhere in the middle. This metaphor repeats throughout the film to help show how close we all really are.
INFOGRAPHICS displayed several charts, graphs and other informative graphics and were designed to inform the story and add to the film’s high production value.
Several ARCHIVAL elements were designed to frame individual moments while also connecting them to the film’s overall graphic story.
